I started to notice some stiffness and discomfort in my hands and knees joints. So, I decided to check with my health care provider, since I had not experienced these symptoms before now. Fortunately for me, since I have been training for years, it seems that the arthritis I am experiencing now is far less than it would be had I not been training my body as a lifestyle. a. Improved Joint Function: Engaging in low-impact exercises, such as swimming, walking, or tai chi, can help maintain joint flexibility and range of motion. In my case I have added swimming and water therapy to my regime, especially for my knees and wrists.

b. Muscle Strength: Strengthening the muscles around affected joints can provide added support and reduce stress on those joints. I have more focus on the muscles surrounding the joint areas with lightweight , machines and free weights. I ensure that I use manageable weight and use full range of motion slowly.

c. Pain Reduction: Exercise releases endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers, which can help alleviate arthritis-related discomfort.

d. Weight Management: Maintaining a healthy weight through exercise can reduce the load on weight-bearing joints, like knees and hips. If you are like we you should monitor your weight constantly and reduce it where necessary to a healthy level.

In conclusion, in my case, I am experiencing improvement and less pain in the areas of my body as result of my developing arthritis.
